We have a “TRUCK CHARGE”.  We book our truck out in 4 hour blocks. The cost to book our truck is $300 Monday-Thursday and $500 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 

This covers 1 hour set up, 2 hours service, 1 hour tear down and clean up.

The “TRUCK CHARGE” is also the deposit and billed at the time of booking to secure your date.

The “TRUCK CHARGE” serves as a deposit and will be billed to you at the time of booking. This saves the date and is non-refundable if the event is cancelled by the host.

Each event menu is custom. We take many things into consideration and place a lot of thought and time into your event. Namely, budget, style of service as well as overall theme are considered. Our menus start at $20 per person and go from there. For your costing purposes you can factor: TRUCK CHARGE ($500 + $20 X (No. OF GUESTS) + 20% GRATUITY

Yes. We charge an industry standard 20% gratuity on the total menu or food portion of the bill. This would be the same in any restaurant and is only applied to the food component of our pricing. We do not charge on top of the “TRUCK CHARGE” for gratuity. Gratuity is not subject to GST or PST.

We have an extremely diverse range of culinary abilities. We like to say, what the mind can conceive we can create. That being said, we can handle everything from high end buffets to backyard BBQ (we actually prefer the latter). Traditional taco buffets, sandwich bars, late night snacks. Pretty much anything!

Most importantly we need level ground to operate. We can get creative and level our truck slightly. We are 22 feet long and 9 feet wide and also need 13 vertical feet of clearance.

We can operate on our own generator power if need be. However, it’s always nice to not have to listen to the gentle hum of a food truck generator. So, if you have access to a dedicated 20 amp circuit, we can easily plug in and be “whisper quiet” while the band plays on.
