We have recently relocated to Salmon Arm from North Vancouver. Chef Erik Juarez has brought his love of food and hospitality to the Shuswap region, along with 20 plus years of experience and 3 thriving foodservice concepts. Having managed these concepts for close to 10 years, He has honed in on his craft through butcher shops and restaurants in Canada, Spain and Mexico.
We hope to share and transform the bounty of the Shuswap! Our goal is to utilize and showcase the endless abundance of local farmers, growers, artisans and makers, practicing an elevated sense of ethics and responsibility to our land and environment.
